How the Platform Works
Each property on EuropaTech is held by a dedicated legal entity (S.R.L.) and prepared for ERC-1155 share records via smart contracts on Base mainnet. Investors can review the legal structure, waitlist status, payment rails, and P2P marketplace design before any public token offering opens.

Each investment property is isolated in a separate Italian S.R.L. entity, ensuring complete asset separation and investor protection under EU corporate law.
