Our Mission
Real estate has historically been difficult for smaller investors to access. EuropaTech prepares tokenized access to premium European resort and residential properties, enabling early-access users to review property-specific terms once the relevant legal documents and product configuration are available.
How the Platform Works
Each property on EuropaTech is managed by the company holding the asset, and prepared for ERC-1155 share records via smart contracts on Base mainnet. Investors can review the legal structure, waitlist status, payment rails, and controlled resale-flow design before any active offering is made available in their account.

Jurisdiction & Legal Structure
EUROPA TECH ENTERPRISE S.R.L. is incorporated in Italy (EU), as a company and not as a regulated entity. Each listed property is intended to be documented through a dedicated Italian S.R.L., subject to final legal documents and applicable law. Planned financial flows are designed to include KYC verification, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring before any active offering is enabled.
