Our Mission
Real estate has historically been the most stable asset class — but access was limited to high-net-worth individuals. EuropaTech changes that. We prepare tokenized access to premium European resort and residential properties, enabling early-access users to review fractional opportunities from €65 once authorization and final legal documents are in place.
How the Platform Works
Each property on EuropaTech is held by a dedicated legal entity (S.R.L.) and prepared for ERC-1155 share records via smart contracts on Base mainnet. Investors can review the legal structure, waitlist status, payment rails, and P2P marketplace design before any active offering is made available in their account.

Jurisdiction & Legal Structure
EUROPA TECH ENTERPRISE S.R.L. is incorporated in Italy (EU), as a company and not as a regulated entity. Each investment property is isolated in a separate Italian S.R.L. entity, ensuring complete asset separation and investor protection under EU corporate law. All financial operations undergo automated compliance checks including KYC verification, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring.
