Understanding Returns
Your returns come from two sources: rental income (distributed monthly or quarterly) and capital appreciation (realized when properties are sold or refinanced). Historical yields range from 5-13% annually depending on property type and location. Returns are net of management fees and property expenses. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and real estate values can decrease.
Risk Factors
Like all investments, real estate carries risks. Property values can decline due to market conditions, economic downturns, or local factors. Rental income may fluctuate with occupancy rates. Liquidity is limited compared to stocks — though EuropaTech's secondary market allows peer-to-peer share trading.
