A property share is a digital record linked to the participation terms for a specific room or property structure. You review a specific opportunity, not an abstract package. Related account activity can be recorded on-chain.

Monthly property revenue is reviewed against operating expenses, reserve assumptions, and any disclosed platform or servicing fees for the relevant property structure. Any enabled distribution waterfall, timing, reinvestment flow, or withdrawal option follows the investor documents and the controls shown in your account.

Each opportunity identifies the ownership entity and the management entity responsible for operations. Day-to-day servicing, tenant or guest operations, and maintenance oversight sit with the named operator or manager shown in the asset passport and supporting documents.

When an exit route is active for the relevant property and your account, you may be able to list shares for sale to other eligible investors or use another available liquidity workflow. Execution and settlement depend on buyer demand, market depth, pricing, and the active product flow for that property.

You may receive a participation agreement draft, asset passport draft, property reporting materials, and supporting legal notices when those materials are released for that opportunity. These documents are intended to show the operating model, key costs, and disclosures for investor review.

No. Rental income is not guaranteed and depends on the property's occupancy, seasonality, and market conditions. All projected figures are estimates based on historical data and are not a guarantee of future returns.

Applicable platform fees, servicing costs, and property-level operating expenses are disclosed in the asset passport and investor materials for each property structure. The goal is to show how cash flow moves from gross revenue to any enabled distribution, rather than rely on hidden charges or bundled assumptions.

Tax treatment depends on your country of residence and the final legal structure of the opportunity. Potential distributions or sale proceeds may be taxable. We recommend consulting a tax professional. EuropaTech provides reporting materials when they are available for the relevant product flow.

Relevant account records can remain visible on the Base blockchain (ERC-1155) independently of the platform interface. The underlying property structure, named entities, and investor documents are designed to make ownership, operations, and reporting easier to review even if the user interface changes, subject to the final legal documents and applicable law.

A 14-day statutory cooling-off period applies after purchase, during which the transaction can be cancelled. After the cooling-off period, shares may be eligible for listing if secondary trading is enabled for the relevant property and your account. Exact terms are specified in the participation agreements and depend on the active product configuration.

Treat liquidity as a conditional exit path, not a guaranteed feature. Before investing, review whether the property has an active secondary route, what recent market activity looks like, and whether the expected pricing and timing fit your own exit needs.

When identity checks are enabled for the relevant onboarding flow, you may be asked to upload a government-issued ID and a selfie. EuropaTech uses Sumsub as a technology provider where that review path is active. Timing and availability depend on jurisdiction, current product setup, and legal review.

Bank transfers (SEPA), credit/debit cards via Stripe, and cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed in EUR. Crypto payments are automatically converted at current market rates.
