How Income Works
Rental Income
EuropaTech accrues rental income for investors on an ongoing basis. Revenue is generated from hospitality operators who manage the properties in our portfolio. The management company collects rental payments, deducts operating expenses (maintenance, utilities, insurance, management fees), and any distributable net income is allocated according to the relevant property terms and product flow.
Proportional Distribution
Your share of the income is calculated proportionally based on the number of shares you hold relative to the total shares issued for a given property. For example, if a property has 1,000 shares and you own 50, you receive 5% of the net income. The more shares you hold, the larger your income.
Income Timeline
Income is accrued continuously and reflected in the investor account flow defined for the relevant offering. You can view detailed income breakdowns on the Income page in your dashboard, including gross revenue, expenses, and your net share. Available payout timing and methods depend on the relevant property terms and active product configuration.
What Affects Your Returns
Actual returns depend on several factors: property occupancy rates, seasonal demand, local market conditions, and operating costs. The projected APR shown on each property page is based on historical performance data and market analysis, but it is not a guarantee. EuropaTech provides full transparency through regular financial reports for each property.
Reinvestment Option
Instead of taking any available payout option, you can enable auto-reinvestment to automatically purchase additional shares with eligible earnings when that flow is available for your account and property. This creates a compound growth effect, increasing your portfolio and future income over time. You can manage reinvestment settings from your portfolio when the feature is enabled. When reinvestment is off, any available proceeds remain subject to the payout options shown in your account.
